Kegco Return Policy?
The Return Policy of Kegco allows for returns within the first 30 days of receiving the merchandise. The merchandise must be returned in new condition (unused and in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Personalized and custom items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
To return an item for a refund or exchange, a return/exchange form that was included in the shipment must be filled out. If the form was not received, it can be downloaded or the Customer Service Department can be contacted to initiate a return.
Once the return instructions are obtained, there are 30 days to get the product back. The purchaser is responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product.
Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee. For all returns and cancellations that "shipped free" a shipping charge equal to the cost of the round trip of the shipment will be withheld from the refund.
For all damage, wrong items, missing items or defects, the customer service should be contacted right away for return or replacement instructions.
